My current company 💙 has become a fantastic learning ground. We tackle unique challenges, and one of my favorites has been developer collaboration. Neither I nor the developers had prior experience in this area, so it was initially tough. However, my basic coding knowledge helped me bridge the gap between design and development, leading to a successful collaboration that continues to this day. Every day brings new hurdles, but it's incredibly rewarding to solve them, learn, and grow alongside talented colleagues.
